For more than 20 years, I've built and grown companies. As a cofounder and leader, I've run teams in product, sales, marketing, and operations. I know what it takes for a small business to compete.
Today, I help owners grow faster, with less stress. We do it with sales tools, marketing tech, and coaching.

Leadership and service.
I've chaired tech and business groups in Connecticut and New York, including local chapters of IEEE and ACM, two of the world's largest computing societies. I've also led a business strategy group in New York and helped run a week-long international tech conference.
Why "Jiu-Jitsu"?
In Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, leverage and technique beat size. AI gives small businesses that same leverage. That's the idea behind my book.
Outside of work, I paint. I studied at the Rhode Island School of Design. I also hold brown belts in Krav Maga and Muay Thai, and I've trained in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. I've served on the boards of Gallery Night Providence and the Ledge Light Foundation.
